INSTRUCTIONS: Look at the papercuts at this
site. Have a good look. Which one do you like the most?
In Clarisworks, write a sentence explaining why you like your choice the
most. Next, copy the picture into Clarisworks and print out your
papercut. Back in class, cut out your papercut carefully and back
onto cardboard.

If you were born in 1991, you were born in the year of
the goat. You are good company. People like being with you.
You are good at art. Try not to whinge too much - people don't like
that. Always look on the bright side. When you grow up, you
should be an actor, gardener or live near the beach.
If you were born in 1992, you were born in the year
of the monkey. You are smart and funny. You have lots of friends.
When you grow up you will be good at anything you try to do, so why not
try to be a doctor, astronaut, teacher, or something which makes lots of
money.
If you were born in 1993, you were born in the year
of the rooster. You are a hard worker and a quick thinker and you
say what you think. Sometimes people think you are boasting.
You like to dream, dress well, and spend lots of money. When you
grow up you should own a restaurant, be a soldier, or travel the world.
INSTRUCTIONS: In Clarisworks, find a graphic
which matches the animal for the year in which you were born. Centre
the graphic in a new document. Underneath your graphic, write the

Place a hanging tab on each of the above three lines and
complete the document using the information above. Print out your
document.
